The questions below may help to answer some of your queries, but if not please do not hesitate to get in touch.

What age does my child need to be for a sleepover?

The minimum age for overnight sleepovers is 5, and the beds and tents can comfortably fit both children and adults as we have extenders for our mattresses. Please note that children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

We do also have day time hire options for 3 – 5 year olds, the perfect den/camp for a pre school party or afternoon picnic to inspire and engage adventure role play and fun.

How much room do I need?

Each A Frame Tent requires 1m by 1.9m floorspace. The double lace teepee’s require a 2m x 2m floorspace and a 2.5m ceiling height. Outdoor igloo needs a 4m by 4m flat space.

If you would like us to take a look at your available space then you can send us pictures and measurements and we will advise you what might work best.

The breakfast trays can wither be placed at the end of the beds, but we can place elsewhere if space is limited. You need to consider the area around the beds so that children have space to move around without blocking any entrances and exits to the room.

For balloon installs we create each balloon garland bespoke to suit the clients space so measurements are important if space is limited.

How long does set up take?

On average parties take around an hour to set up. However, we can advise each booking individually as the exact time will vary depending upon the size of the parties.

For balloon installs, again it all depends on what we are installing. We do the majority of the preparation in advance so its usually just building up props, positioning, attaching and the all important finishing touches (or faffing as my husband calls it!)

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require either a £25 or £50 deposit depending on the number of tents that you hire, or size of your install this secures your date, theme and any equipment needed. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the party date.

Will you ask me for a security bond?

Yes we ask for a £50 security bond to be paid prior to set up of the party, this will be refunded within 3 days once all the equipment has been returned and checked. We do not accept cash on the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things don’t always go to plan and there may be a need for you to change the date or even cancel your booking. If this happens please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do to help. Unfortunately, the security deposit is non refundable if you cancel. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details of our policy.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have public liability insurance and we are DBS checked.

Can the Teepee’s/Tents be used outside?

Our tents and teepees are designed for indoor use only.

We do have lace teepees that can be used with our luxe picnic packages.

Our outdoor domes provide the perfect outdoor sleepover experience.

Do we need to provide any bedding?

We ask that you provide guests own pillows and duvets.

We will provide the mattress, a mattress protector and either fleece or coverless duvet.

Can we change the themes?

Absolutely, the themes can be mixed and matched. Alternatively, if you have a special theme in mind, then please contact us and we can do our best to bring your ideas to life (there may be additional charges if we have to source specific items). We cannot offer trademarked themes, however we can give you the best possible canvas to be able to add a few finishing touches for your individual party.

What areas do you cover?

We cover areas in and around Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch & Ringwood. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of BH22. If you are outside of this area, we are still happy to come but there may be an additional fuel charge.
